The responsibilities of Coffee Coordinator for the Cox wing include making sure there is coffee, both regular and decaf in the dispensers for each weekend, the dispenser including the tray is emptied and cleaned; the cups are stacked, and the baskets of sugars, napkins, stirrers, etc, are filled each week for Saturday night and Sunday morning. The job can also include inventorying and ordering the coffee and supplies which are all then delivered and stored.
