Title: Administrative Assistant to Caring Ministry
Experience: Varied lines of work experience including social work and business. Started with CATC first as a phone volunteer and then moved into a part-time position with the administrative staff.
Family: Husband: Dave; Children: Carl David (better known as CD), Jolyn and her husband, Brian Hermiller; Grandchildren: Micah, Abigail, Jeremiah and Elisabeth. Cats: Brutus and Little Bit.
Educational Background:
Hobbies: If being a grandparent can be a hobby, that would be her number one! Love playing Quirkle, Scrabble (with dictionary), Bananagrams and cards (except those card games requiring quick math skills) as well as RV camping. Enjoys Bible studies and her leadership role in
Best part about her job: Working with a staff of caring and loving individuals who know how to give grace and love God by loving others.
Interesting things to know about Jill:
- Married her best friend whom she met in 8th grade!
- During early years of marriage, traveled the craft circuit with her husband living as gypsies out of a van selling pottery and hand crafted wood signs and furniture
- Lived on top of a deserted ski resort mountain
- Husband says she is competitive, but she doesn’t see it
