Sunday XP Adult Leader
Youth Sunday XP is the main program of each week for Jr. and Sr. high students. XP uses worship, teaching, media, small groups and other elements in order to teach and discuss different series of relevant, biblical teaching. Each week, XP starts off with a time where the entire youth ministry can worship together. Following that is a short time of teaching which sets up a time of small group processing and discussion.
Youth Sunday XP takes place in the Youth Center from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Most volunteer opportunities during XP are as Small Group volunteers (either leaders or co-leaders). These leaders spend the time of worship and teaching with their youth and then lead the last 20 minutes of small group discussions with their age and sex specific group. These small group times are another chance to build relationships within the group while equipping and challenging students to grow in their discipleship.
There are also other opportunities in XP to help with student assimilation, worship and set up/clean up of our breakfast time together.
