Church at The Crossing

This program is designed to pair up epic and jr high students with capable sr high students for a mentoring relationship.  Jr high students will build significant relationships with sr high students as they are mentored and as they study the Bible together.  These pairs will meet on a weekly basis at the time and place that is most convenient to them during the week.  One adult will oversee a few different groups of mentors/mentees to keep them accountable and help keep the sr high mentor prepared to lead.

This is a great opportunity for someone to get into the lives of youth who can't or isn't interested in being apart of a regular program.  Being an overseer of a YMY relationship can be done in many different ways that fits schedules and personalities.
