
2012 International Youth Convention
This summer is an IYC Summer. International Youth Convention is a gathering of Sr. High Youth Ministries from Church of God's from all over the world. When 5,000-6,000 youth gather together in one location to serve, praise and be challenged to live for God...life change happens. We can't encourage our Sr. High youth enough to plan on attending this event.
This trip will include a work camp, IYC and some awesome opportunities to explore Colorado.
We are still in the midst of planning this event, but below are a few tentative details.

Cost for IYC is $785. That cost does not reflect the options we will have for our excursion day or the discount youth involved in Dessert Theater will receive. To get an idea of what to expect, youth earned $304 in 2010 and $284 in 2011. We anticipate at least $250 raised per youth for IYC. This includes all costs, other than non workcamp meals which youth will need to purchase on their own (around 20 depending on departure time).
On our excursion day, youth will have the individual options to white water raft (roughly $65), a Copper Mountain Activity Pass (roughly $45), Copper Mountain shopping and free time ($10 or less).
Due to the nature of the trip and transportation issues, we will not be able to accept any registrations past February 15th where the non-refundable and non-transferable $150 deposit is due. $150 is due by the 15th of each month, with the balance being due by the 15th of June. Cancellations after April 15th will incur an additional $300 cancellation fee. Any youth expressing an interest after February 15th will be added to a waiting list if availability opens up but cannot be guaranteed a spot on the trip.

Step #2 is to turn in your non-refundable deposit of $150 to "The Box" in the Youth Center. Please note that registering is also making a verbal agreement that the deposit will be paid and turned in on time (by February 15).

- If a youth does not already have their 2011-2012 online Medical Form filled out, you can do so here. Beside our own Medical Form, there will most likely be a few more waivers that will need to be filled out. We apologize for these inconveniences and will do our best to keep paper work to a minimum.
- If you are interested in applying for financial assistance, please visit our trip scholarship page. The deadline for scholarship application is January 15.
- Each payment you turn in, you will receive an email receipt of the amount you have deposited for this trip and the remaining balance. This is a new feature we are excited about!
